The New Castle-Climate Action Team (NC-CAT) is a team comprised of various community organizations operating under Healthy Communities of Henry County.
The Climate Action Team's mission is to reduce the carbon footprint of New Castle, IN.
CO2 is pretty dirty, clean the air by 2030!
