Volunteer

We have numerous projects all across Henry County, and we're always looking for more helping hands. You can help us plant trees, clean the river, establish and maintain trails, run events, and even more to keep our community healthy and happy.

Contact hchcin88@gmail.com if you're interested in lending a hand.

Join Henry County Removes Invasive Species

HC-RIPS is Henry County's CISMA group, and widely regarded as the most active CISMA group in all of Indiana. We support our natural environment by removing invasive species (like through our Weed Wrangles and 100 Days of Honeysuckle,) bringing awareness to the public by providing information and educational events, and planting native (such as the newly native planted Arts Park, and Monarch Meadow and Turtlehead Haven at Memorial Park.) You can help by becoming an HC-RIPS member to attend meetings or staying updated on when and where we're working to volunteer with us.

Contact hsteussy@comcast.net if you're interested in becoming a member or volunteering. Keep an eye on our Facebook Group to know when we're working!
